By using Believers Dating, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines and our Terms of Service.

Respect & Integrity

• Treat every member with dignity, kindness, and respect as a child of God
• Be honest in your profile and conversations. Misrepresentation damages trust
• Communicate respectfully at all times. Harassment, insults, or aggressive behavior are not allowed
• Accept rejection gracefully. Not every connection will lead to a match

Safety First

Your safety is your responsibility, and we are here to support you.

• Never share sensitive personal information (financial details, passwords, home address)
• Use caution when interacting with new people
• Always meet in public places for initial meetings
• Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, disengage immediately
• If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the block and report features. Your safety is more important than politeness

Verified vs Non-Verified Users

Believers Dating includes both:

• Verified Church Members
• Non-Verified Users

If you choose to make your profile visible outside the verified community:

• You may interact with users who are not affiliated with a church
• These users may not have the same level of verification

Please exercise additional caution when interacting outside the verified environment.

Content Standards

All content must be respectful and appropriate:

• Profile photos must clearly represent you and must not contain nudity or explicit content
• No fake images (e.g., celebrities, stock photos, or misleading visuals)
• No offensive, hateful, or discriminatory language
• No sexually explicit or suggestive content
• Do not use Believers Dating for commercial purposes, solicitation, or promoting products/services

Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake or misleading profiles
• Impersonating another person
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Sending unsolicited explicit or inappropriate messages
• Scamming, phishing, or requesting money
• Spamming or mass messaging
• Using the platform for commercial purposes
• Using the platform while in a committed relationship or marriage
• Attempting to bypass platform safety or moderation systems

Reporting & Moderation

We take safety seriously.

• You can report any user or message directly within the platform
• Reports are reviewed by our moderation team
• We may investigate accounts, content, and interactions

We reserve the right to take action without notice where necessary to protect users.

Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account removal
• Restriction of platform features

Severe violations may result in immediate removal without warning.

Our Role

Believers Dating provides a platform for connection, but we do not control user behavior. We do not:

• Conduct background checks
• Guarantee the identity or intentions of users
• Monitor all conversations

Users are responsible for their own interactions.

A Note on Grace

We recognize that no one is perfect. If you make a mistake:

• Take responsibility
• Learn and grow

We believe in grace and second chances. However, repeated or serious violations will result in removal to protect the community.
