By accessing or using Believers Dating ("the Service"), operated by ShommyX Technologies Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

  • You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
  • You must not have been previously removed from the Service for violating our guidelines.

  • Upload malicious software or code

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Believers Dating. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShommyX Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
